Adams peak is a 2243m tall mountain located in the central of Srilanka. It is called Sripadha. There are few pathways to climb this mountain. Around 5500 steps are there in the easiest way. Adams peak is very popular among tourists due to its nature, beauty, and unmatched trekking. It has attracted thousands of pilgrims. Acording to the “mahawansa” buddha visited three times to srilanka and the last time traveled kelaniya to sripadha. Mahawansaya is said that budhdha put his foot print on the rock as requested by “saman deviyo”.
